Acceptance

By downloading or using Cron Lab, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

License

Cron Lab is licensed, not sold. Jake Haas grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Cron Lab on Android devices that you own or control, consistent with the Google Play Terms of Service.

Acceptable use

Please do not copy, resell, rent, sublicense, reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of Cron Lab, except to the extent these restrictions are prohibited by applicable law.

Purchases

Any purchase — Cron Lab itself or features within it — is handled by Google through Google Play and is subject to Google's payment, billing, and refund policies. I do not process payments and never receive your payment details.

Disclaimer of warranties

Cron Lab is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. I do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that it will meet your requirements.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jake Haas will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data or profits, arising out of or relating to your use of Cron Lab.

Google and Google Play

These Terms are between you and Jake Haas only, and not with Google. Google is not responsible for Cron Lab or its content and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for it.

Your download of Cron Lab from Google Play is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service, and purchases made through Google Play are covered by Google Play's refund policies.

Changes to these terms

I may update these Terms from time to time. The date above shows the most recent change, and continued use of Cron Lab after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
