Need help with Grainfall? Email jake@jakehaas.com and I'll get back to you. It's quickest if you include your device and OS version and a short note on what you were doing when the problem happened.

How do I restore my Pro purchase?
Open Settings in the app and tap Restore Purchases (it's also on the Pro screen). Pro is a one-time purchase tied to your Apple Account or Google account, so it restores on your other devices on the same store. Apple and Google are separate stores, so a purchase on one doesn't carry to the other.
I bought Pro on my iPhone. Does it work on my Mac?
Yes. The iPhone and Mac versions are the same app record, so the unlock is shared — open the Mac app and tap Restore Purchases. An Android purchase is separate, because Google Play is a different store.
Where do my saved worlds live, and how do I share one?
On your device, in the app's own storage. Open Worlds, then use the share icon on any world to send it as a small .grain file — by message, email, AirDrop, anything. Whoever receives it can open it with Import on the Worlds screen, even without Pro.
My exported video has a watermark.
Free exports carry a small GRAINFALL mark in the corner. Pro removes it, and the export sheet has a “Remove it” link that takes you straight there. If you already have Pro, re-export the clip — the sheet offers a clean re-export once the unlock is active.
I saved a video on Android but can't find it.
It goes to a Grainfall folder inside DCIM, which is where Google Photos shows it in the main feed rather than burying it under device folders. If it isn't there, check that you allowed photo access when asked.
Tilt gravity isn't doing anything.
Tilt is a Pro feature, so check it's switched on in Settings under Feel. It also needs an accelerometer, so it's hidden entirely on Mac. Once it's on, roll the phone like a steering wheel rather than tipping it away from you — a settled pile should visibly slide toward the low edge.
