Terms of Use
Acceptance
By downloading or using iSplatter, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
License
iSplatter is licensed, not sold. Jake Haas grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use iSplatter on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, subject to the Usage Rules set out in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
Acceptable use
Please do not copy, resell, rent, sublicense, reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of iSplatter, except to the extent these restrictions are prohibited by applicable law.
Advertising
iSplatter is free and supported by ads served through Google AdMob. I do not choose, endorse, or control the individual ads you are shown, and any dealings you have with an advertiser are between you and them. What the ad network collects is described in the Privacy Policy.
Disclaimer of warranties
iSplatter is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. I do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that it will meet your requirements.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jake Haas will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data or profits, arising out of or relating to your use of iSplatter.
Apple and the App Store
These Terms are between you and Jake Haas only, and not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for iSplatter or its content.
Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support for iSplatter. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no warranty obligation with respect to the app; if the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price, if any. Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to iSplatter, including product-liability, regulatory, or intellectual-property claims.
Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and, upon your acceptance, will have the right to enforce them against you. You also represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
Changes to these terms
I may update these Terms from time to time. The date above shows the most recent change, and continued use of iSplatter after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
