The keyboard shortcuts aren't working.

By default it's ⌘⌥S to start and stop, and ⌘⌥R to reset. Make sure global shortcuts are enabled in the app's settings. StopWatch does not need Accessibility permission for these.

How do I start it automatically at login?

Turn on “Launch at login” in the app's settings. You can also manage it under System Settings → General → Login Items.

Does my timer sync between Macs?

No. Your timer, laps, and settings are stored locally on the Mac you're using; there's no iCloud sync.
